Orders CANNOT be cancelled after being placed.
PLEASE double check your shipping address. Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address.
**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Not in love with your purchase?
Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of your order date. Once we receive your return you will then receive an email with a Blue Tide Boutique return code that equals the cost of the items that were returned. Returns past the two week mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers expense. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please include your packing slip in your return.
**Please note SALE/DISCOUNTED/RETURN CODE items(any items used with discount/sale/return code) and FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.
What can be returned?
* items that are UNWORN, unwashed and with original tags attached
* items free of perfume, dog hair, deodorant, cigarette smoke
* items purchased at regular price
What CANNOT be returned?
* items purchased with store credit
* items that have been worn or washed or without original tags
* items that smell of perfume or cigarette smoke
* items with dog hair or deodorant
* accessories, shoes & SWIMWEAR
* items that are on SALE/DISCOUNTED or purchased during a SALE
*items that are FINAL SALE
HOW DO I GET STORE CREDIT?
Store credit will be issued via email as a digital return code, expires after 60 days and is Final Sale. This means anything bought using your store credit return code is FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned.
HOW DO I USE MY STORE CREDIT?
You will use/apply your digital return code at checkout in the discount code bar. This will apply your store credit from the items you return. This code is only good for one use to the customer who returned the items.

If you send back an item that is not eligible for return, or do not include your packing slip, you will be charged to send the item back, or a 20% restocking fee.

Our inventory is constantly changing so exchanges are not available at this time.
Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving. If you receive a damaged item please send a photo of the damaged item to email@example.com. Each item is photographed to it's very best to display accurate colors, measurements and patterns. Please beware that various computer/mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be unique in pattern/color.
